A planned gift to the Community Foundation is an investment in making life better for all of us. You can support specific areas of interest, collective efforts, or specific organizations that have been meaningful in your life.
Whatever your goals, we will work with you and your advisor to ensure your gift to our community will leave a lasting mark and be felt for generations.
A gift that will grow
Every dollar donated makes a difference. When thinking about planned gifts, it’s not all or nothing. A portion of your estate can make life better for generations to come.
An endowed gift establishes a permanent charitable fund based on your values. The fund is invested, and each year a percentage is distributed through grants.
Over 20 years, an endowed gift of $100,000 will distribute $92,000 in grants and also grow to almost $150,000.*
*Based on projected income of 7% and an annual spend of 5%.
Planned Giving Options
This option allows you to designate the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation as a full or partial beneficiary of your retirement, investment, or bank account, or your life insurance policy. This can often be accomplished by completing a simple form online.
With the help of an advisor, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift to the Community Foundation. You outline how you want your gift to be used, and we will honor your intentions.
