Eligibility
Applicant must be a graduating senior from Green Bay Southwest High School and have participated in high school athletics. Applicant must plan on attending a two- or four-year fully accredited college or university.
Award Criteria
Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, financial need, and evaluation of letter of recommendation and essay. Preference for this scholarship will be given to four-year athletes.
